Refund & Return Policy
⊛ Can I return the product for any reason?
Only defected items can be exchanged, as long as you provide clear photos and unboxing proof. Please read the size chart and product description carefully before purchasing.
⊛ Refund product
For refunds, we can only process them if the defect comes from Pattero’s QC, and the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the item. In this case, all return and resend shipping costs are covered entirely by Pattero. Beyond QC defects, refunds and claims cannot be made.
